Including people with access needs in usability testing is an excellent way to determine if you are building the right thing in the right way.
It can help identify design problems in the product or service that make access difficult for older people or those with disabilities. Usability testing will help identify gaps between a user interface that is technically accessible but, in reality, is difficult or impossible to use.
